I used Chirp to download the configuration from my Quansheng UV-K5 and it worked. Now I am interested in finding two programs, one to interact with the radio like software defined radios can do, also where can I download a firmware update (sometimes firmware is updated to correct defects in the original firmware).

The only software I have been able to find for programming is the Chirp Next but it does not list the GM-15pro and others have said it will work with the Radiodity GM-30 but neither are in the list! Please help! Doesn’t Baofeng offer the programming software on their website for free? I can check tomorrow. For now, take a look at this thread:
